Overview
Aishwarya is a member of the Firm’s transaction advisory practice in M&A, private equity and general corporate advisory.
As a Counsel at the Firm, she advises on domestic and cross-border M&A, involving clients across various sectors such as telecommunications, IT, banking & finance, e-commerce, infrastructure, and education.
Aishwarya also plays a pivotal role in the Banking & Finance Practice, providing expertise on syndicate loans, corporate finance, project finance, securitisation, and debt restructuring.
Aishwarya also works closely with the Office of the Managing Partner by assisting in roll out of key management functions, contributing towards knowledge management and assisting in training internal AI functions.
